จากกรณีที่พนักงานสอบสวนคดีพิเศษ กรมสอบสวนคดีพิเศษ (ดีเอสไอ) ได้มีหมายเรียก พระเทพญาณมหามุนี (หลวงพ่อธัมมชโย) เพื่อรับทราบข้อกล่าวหา ในวันที่ 25 เมษายน 2559 นี้

ประกาศแถลงการณ์ คณะสงฆ์จังหวัดนครราชสีมา
อาตมาภาพพระสีหราชสมาจารมุนี พร้อมด้วยคณะสงฆ์พุทธศาสนิกชนจังหวัดนครราชสีมา รู้สึกเป็นกังวลเป็นอย่างมากต่อเหตุการณ์ที่เจ้าหน้าที่ทหาร ตำรวจ หน่วยงาน DSI ได้ใช้กองกำลังจำนวนมากบุกไปยังวัดพระ ธรรมกาย และกระทำการต่างๆ อันจะก่อให้เกิดความรุนแรงต่อการที่จะใช้กำลังเกินกว่าเหตุในการปฏิบัติต่อพระสงฆ์และคณะผู้ปฏิบัติธรรมวัดพระธรรมกายถือว่าเป็นการกระที่ไม่ถูกต้อง
วัดพระธรรมกาย ยืนยันพระเทพญาณมหามุนี มีอาการอาพาธจริงจึงทำหนังสือขอเลื่อนการมาพบ DSI
กรณีที่ทางวัดพระธรรมกาย ได้ยื่นแจ้งขอเลื่อนนัดรับทราบข้อกล่าวหาของพระเทพญาณมหามุนี (หลวงพ่อธัมมชโย) ต่อ พนักงานสอบสวนคดีพิเศษ กรมสอบสวนคดีพิเศษ (ดีเอสไอ) และทางดีเอสไอมีความเห็นว่า “มีการเข้าร่วมพิธีกรรมทางศาสนาต่างๆ ได้เป็นปกติ” นั้น ขอชี้แจงดังนี้
